From a national perspective, the development of rural circulation is a majorform of expression to improve rural economic development and the productionand living conditions. It plays a very important position in the development ofrural economy, and has great potential for development. Efficient ruralcirculation is an important guarantee to promote rural economic stability,sustained and rapid development. Since2002, New-network Project, thousandsof villages marketing project, Grain and oil engineering distribution networksgradually enter rural areas. The development of the rural distribution market hasa greater improvement than before.This article selects rural circulation of Shanxi as the research object, bysorting out the development of the three distribution networks and using the SCPanalytical framework in the theory of industrial organization analysis the threerural circulation network, points out the main problems faced by the threedistribution networks is self-contained, high distribution cost, inefficient,redundant construction and the lack of mutual horizontal coordination andinteroperability between the three major networks. For the problems, this thesisput forward a two-way distribution network model and optimizes therelationship between the triple Engineering Network, conducts a comparativeanalysis on the efficiency of two-way distribution network model and thetraditional distribution network model using stochastic Petri nets. Itdemonstrates that the improved mode has more efficiency. Finally, according tothe present status and future development path, it gives suggestions andcountermeasures. Its findings have practical significance to enhance theefficiency of rural circulation network, reduce distribution costs. And it willprovide a reference to the development of rural circulation network. |
