Abstract/Summary:
This article indicates fan and pump's design of thermal power generation assistance system, energy loss of operation and maintenance, put forward significance of frequency conversion.Based on characteristics of thermal power plant assistance machine frequency conversion project, this article analyses project startup process, project planning process, project implementation process, project control process, project acceptance process respectively.In the start-up phase of energy-saving project, needs analysis; under the demand of the right to choose for analysis. This article analyzes project technical and economic feasibility for the booster fan frequency conversion project of typical unit. It introduces the team establishment and task decomposition, according to the requirement of energy-saving. Furthermore, it formulates the schedule according to the preliminary task decomposition situation, and makes a diagnosis analysis and summary on the project initiation.It also analyses the construction organization of energy-saving project implementation, roles and responsibilities of project team members, the flow-management of construction process, and the timing, quality, cost control and tool during the project implementation. And the article analyses the project acceptance, documents to be referred, effect test plan, wrap-up, and evaluation of energy-saving project.Finally, the article introduces measurement and verification methods of the completed project energy savings by frequency conversion projects.
