Research On Heating Energy Saving Management Of Contract Energy Management In Hebei Province

With the increasing problems in energy resources and the environment in recent years.the contract energy management mechanism is widely concerned.Since researchers in Hebei Province are still studying the basic knowledge of the contract for energy management model,they need to further research and promote it in the future.In this paper,the author will mainly focus on the energy management model of Hebei Province during the heating season,and then analyze the energy efficiency as well as the prospects in one building or even the whole Hebei province under the present situation.First of all,the author visited and interviewed several heating companies,energy companies as well as government departments,then analyzed and concluded the problems and related solving recommendations they may have when using contract energy management during the heating season.Then,the author simulated the energy consumption of some university teaching building by using PKPM-Energy software.By means of heat metering,the author controlled the indoor temperatures in winter at 16 ?,17 ?,18 ?,19 ?,20 ?,21 ?,22 ?,23 ? respectively,then compared the differences in energy saving when temperature was increased or decreased for 1 ?.Besides,by assuring the same weather conditions outdoor,on the one hand,the author controlled the temperatures in different times and areas.She controlled the indoor temperature as 5? at night in that building(21:00 pm to 6:00 am the next day),only to assure not to froze the pipes.On the other hand,she controlled the temperature as 18 ? all the day and night.Then she compared the amount of energy saving in the two situations.Finally,the author calculated the whole amount of energy saving and emission reduction as well as the reduction of carbon emissions in a heating season by promoting the results to all the buildings in Hebei Province.Furthermore,the author also studied economic benefits by analyzing an energy saving case of a practical project contract energy management.This topic will be studied both by interview and PKPM-Energy software simulation.It is believed that the conclusion of this paper will provide theoretical basis and numerical reference for the implementation of contract energy management mode in Hebei Province,and it will lay a solid foundation for its successful application in the future.
