Research On Energy Saving Management Of Building Energy Service Company

Energy saving and emission reduction is one of the important factors for the sustainable development of human society, building energy efficiency as the most potential, the most effective way of energy saving, has become the core areas of the national energy-saving emission reduction strategy, on the mitigation of climate change is of great significance. Energy saving is the most important output in contract energy management project, is the main source of profits of energy service companies, but also is an important factor that influences the energy services company's core competitiveness. Through researching energy-saving management for building energy service company, can provide effective reference for the future development of China's building energy saving service industry.This paper taking D company in Shanghai as a case company, by identifying and analyzing of impacting factor of energy saving in the major energy saving renovation project, in the building energy service company's own point of view, puts forward a feasible method to optimize the energy saving management, suggestions through the adoption of an integrated energy saving, the use of energy-saving theory, enhance on-site operation and maintenance management, building energy management platform construction, improve the relevant management system, strengthen the development of qualified personnel, to imporve the energy saving company resulting in energy saving process, so as to improve building energy service company's core competitiveness and the rate of profit, reduce income risk.
