With rapid development of the information and economic globalization, multinationalcompany and multinational management behavior has become important content,performance and the main driving force of the world economy globalization andinternationalization development. As the electronic commerce mature and network economyincreasingly broad, multinational company's huge organization structure and complexity,flexibility increases the management difficulties of the multinational company. Therefore, theaccessibility of information communication channels and advanced management coordinationmeans of multinational company internal is the key to international competition ofmultinational company.Based on the study of the domestic and international documents, first define the relatedconcepts and introduces research the subject. Secondly, introduce the organization ofcoordinating lateral mechanism of multinational companies and the interaction of them,including interface management mechanism, the knowledge sharing mechanism, conflictprocessing mechanism and trust mechanism. Then construct the multinational companyorganization transverse coordination degree, establish the multinational companies toorganizational harmony degree analysis matrix and evaluation index system and standard.Finally, the paper discusses the multinational company organization coordination mechanismbetween the realization of the transverse path, points out that the management mechanisminterface can achieve through the integration of standardization and goals, knowledge sharingmechanism can play a role by setting up multinational company organizational sharingplatform, ensure that knowledge flow, etc. Conflict processing mechanism is mainly includesprocessing mechanism interest coordination and cultural coordination two aspects.Corresponding conclusion is that trust mechanism in good operating need credit ratingmechanism and incentive mechanism, maintaining mechanism joint action.
