Industrial restructuring is an important subject of today's developmentof various countries and regions. Adjustment and establish of a reasonable industrialstructure can promote the economic and social development. In the context ofdeveloping the western region,Counterpart Yuanjiang,Special Economic Zone ofKashi,based on relevant theory and practice,the paper studies on industrial structureadjustment of Special Economic Zone of Kashi Region, explores the rightdirection and effective strategy, makes practical recommendations, promotes localeconomic and social development.The paper has used research methods with combinations of empirical analysisand normative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, individualanalysis and comparative analysis. Begin by reviewing related research at home andabroad; And then analyze the industrial structures of China's five special economiczones in Shenzhen, Zhuhai,Shantou,Xiamen,Hainan;and then take visual andquantitative analysis of the industrial structure of the Special Economic Zone of Kashi;and then make comparative analysis on Special Economic Zones by combining theabove analysis, the adjustment of industrial structure theory, policy factors, thegeographical environment and geographic conditions, natural resources andproduction factors, found important laws such as the Special Economic Zonediversification of industrial development, take advantage of rationalization accordingto local conditions,rationalization and sophistication;Finally according to the resultsof the analysis, combing theory with practice,put forword proposals on the industrialrestructuring of Special Economic Zone of Kashi, promote local economic and socialdevelopment.
