Nowsdays,competition between enterprises of modern society has become more diversified,whether it is a century-old established businesses or entrepreneurial firms are looking forward to the development path.They strive to build thdir core competitiveness,improve their capability of independent innovation,and also spy on competiors'every step of the development strategy.In improving the process of their own R&D,production capacity,quality of service,as well as brand and corperate image,etc.,almost all businesses have felt the important role of talent.Into the21st century, we ushered in the era of knowledge explosion, but also80's generations who were borned and growing after the reform and opening up policy.they have positive values,career outlook,they not only pey attention to their own learning,but also are concerned about the growth of enterprises at the same time.They have passionate,creative,and become an important new force in enterprises.However,80's generation take a lot of confusion to managers.Their personality traits,such as self-awareness,respect for personal development,lack of accurate positioning,like to continue to establish their own position in the career,on longer enjoy the pirsiut of stability pccupation,like to try and change,and so on.But most of them receive a good education,learn to assept new things and new knowledge.Those employees entering the companies are breaking the human resource management model which has existed many years.Therefore retaining talented persons is related to the key to business survival,improving the enterprise's human resource management capacity has also become one of important issue that the modern business are facing. Study of employee loyaltyjob satisfaction and non-material incentives have already begun,and achieved certain results.There are many factors affecting employee loyalty,companies,society, individual employee and many others. And job satisfaction as the result of many factors,the level of job satisfaction can forecast and warn sraff loyalty.Modern enterprises have been discussing how to retain taltant,and enterprises can hardly bear the enormous human cost due to high-paying,the ultimate effect is not satisfactory.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs,the demands of different employees are different,so it's difficult for companies to use a single material incentives,non-material incentives has been payed attention by growing number of managers.Non-material incentives excavate deep-seated needs of employees from the spiritual level,and research staff psychological motivation in the process of working,thus stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,increasing employee job satisfaction and loyalty.This research is about the relationship of the loyalty of employeesjob satisfaction and organizational non-material incentives level,using quentionaire survey methods for80's generation employees from different enterprises of different industries.Using analysis software,factor analysis,differential analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,confirm the proposed hypothesis at last.This research can help human reaource managers to master the psychology and behavior of the80's generation staff,keep abreast of employees'job satisfaction,loyalty and companies'existing level of non-material incentives.
