The article mainly discusses charisma of entrepreneurs, leadership effectiveness, the environment uncertainty, the corporate performance and the relationship between them. Therefore, the transmission mechanism which regards leadership effectiveness as mediator has been formed. 168 enterprises of Chengdu with different backgrounds, including manufacturing industry, service industry and High-tech industry (Information, biology, energy, for instance) were investigated and analyzed. The validity and reliability of the data are checked in SPSS 17.0. and then discuss the relationships between the four variables. This paper has totally achieved two important conclusions: one is definition and dimensions of charisma of entrepreneurs. It contains two dimensions of personal preference, psychological characteristics of personality. In addition, it is organically integrated terms of non-authority influence combining different spirit elements such as the adventure, innovation, confidence and so on; The other one is that the transmission mechanism between charisma of entrepreneurs and the corporate performance regards leadership effectiveness as mediator. And the effect coefficient is 0.522. The environment uncertainty is the antecedent of charisma of entrepreneurs and the corporate performance. It is indirectly related to the corporate performance.
