Early 20 th century,the German sociologist Max Weber(Max Weber),raised the "charm" of the concept,which means "those leaders demonstrated a remarkable mission or course of action,they can not itself have an impact on potential followers but precisely because followers believe their leader has a special talent,so the mission was able to conduct or behavior,leader of subordinates have a natural attraction,appeal and influence.Charismatic leadership is considered "followers lit the torch," the energy and commitment,leading his followers to obey and agree with the leader(Klein,House,1995).Attitudes and behavior in organizations affected individuals,groups,organizations and even social multilevel numerous factors.Charismatic leadership is one of the most important predictors individual employee task performance.In this study,considering the influence of situational factors under the charismatic leadership of task performance,internalization of supervisor's or competence of inclusion of charismatic leadership and task performance of the relations and competence of inclusion and within the competence of dual regulation of charismatic leadership and internalization of supervisor's.The conclusion of this study include:1.The charismatic leadership has a significant impact on task performance.2.Competence of inclusion between charismatic leadership and task performance has a regulatory role: high and low competence of inclusion,charismatic leadership on task performance have a significant positive impact.3.Internalization of supervisor's between charismatic leadership and task performance has a regulatory role: high and low c internalization of supervisor's,charismatic leadership on task performance have a significant positive impact.4.Charismatic leadership,competence of inclusion and internalization of supervisor's has multiple interactive effects on task performance: High-competence of inclusion low-internalization of supervisor of the scenario,the charismatic leadership has a significant positive impact on task performance;high competence of inclusion,high internalization of supervisor's,charismatic leadership has a positive impact on task performance.Low competence of inclusion,in the high internalization of supervisor's,the charismatic leadership has a positive impact on task performance.Low-competence of inclusion,low-internalization of supervisor's under the charismatic leadership have a significant impact on task performance.
