Chongqing Modern Service Industry Productivity Study

The modern service industry is an important symbol to measure socialization ofproduction and market economic development level, and play more and more prominentrole in regional economic development, as the important engine of economic growth, itbecomes the main source of sustained and rapid economy development. In developedcountries, modern service industry has become the fastest growing economy department,become a new economic growth point. Realize the modern service industrydevelopment, create service brand, improve the industry competitiveness, change theway of development is an important growth pole to support western area and,conformto construct the objective requirement of the upperstream of the Yangtze Rivereconomic center. Chongqing as the only municipalities directly under the centralgovernment in western region, is the key area in China western development, importantcenter city, national important modern manufacturing base,national coordination ofurban and rural synthetically reform testing district, not only to have their owndevelopment, but also plays a major role in national service and the construction of thewestern region modern service industry highlands.This study first use factor analysis method to analyze the contrast between cities infive factors of modern service industry; Then use three phase DEA model, achieve thethe relationship between input-output,environmental factors, random error and modernservice industry production efficiency, and set a model to evaluate, analysis existingproblems in chongqing modern service industry efficiency; Finally, it put forward tocountermeasures.To construct modern international metropolis, Chongqing upgrade the city level,play leading role in the southwest region and the upperstream of the Yangtze River,needs strong support, foreign radiation and service functions. Chongqing ascoordination of urban and rural synthetically reform testing district, must takereasonable choice on the pillar industry which is the base to develop the modem serviceindustry, make it become the main growth points of chongqing sustainable economicdevelopment in the comprehensive construction well-off society period.
