After the reform and opening, along with the rapid economic growth, China'sshortage era after the founding is over, gradually run into the buyer's market. n recentyears, our country vigorously develop the tea industry, almost run into the demandeconomy era, and constantly develop new products to satisfy different tea consumersin each era. At the same time, such as Puer hot, Tieguanyin hot and black hot teabooms are been shown. The boom in tea industry is just cater to the needs of thepeople.This paper through the development process of Jinjunmei, use the supply anddemand elasticity theory to analyze the consumer's real demand. From the analysis ofinfluence of demand price elasticity, income elasticity, cross elastic and the elasticityinfluence, such as time, place, product life cycle and other factors. Comprehensiveanalysis of all factors in Fujian black tea, in order to take corresponding price strategyand product development strategy, ensuring Fujian black tea can go healthy, stableand sustainable way.Base on the marketing research, applied tea science, economics, marketing andother disciplines to analyze Fuzhou consumers' demand situation. And analyze theimpact of demand price elasticity, income elasticity, cross elasticity. Such as time,place, product life cycle and other factors. Conclusions are as follow: First, used ofthe demand price elasticity of Fujian black tea:(1) Forecast Fujian black tea marketdemand: Yi=aX1iβ1X2iβ2eui;(2) Made reasonable price of Fujian black tea, in order tomaximize corporate profits, and the price shall not be less than (|Ed|/(|Ed|-1))·AC;(3)According to the different elasticity of the different life-cycle of Fujian black tea, tomake different marketing strategies.(4) According to the different elasticity indifferent season and place, made appropriate strategies. Second, used of the incomeelasticity of Fujian black tea:(1) Adjust the scale of Fujian black tea productionflexible.(2) Developed new products of Fujian black tea timely.(3) Matchedreasonable Fujian black tea product structure. Third, used of the cross-elasticity ofFujian black tea: Based on the cross-product price and sale to make appropriatestrategy of price. Fourth, supplied innovative products and upgraded industrial structure to supply effectively. Fifth, develop potential products, service andmarketing in order to maintain the demand of Fujian black tea in the case ofsustainable, stable, healthy state.
