| As the saying goes 'In the21st century, the most competitive enterprise is the one whoowns the best learning capability', enterprise training plays an important role in our modernsociety. Aiming at the lack of analysis, evaluation and feedback in the training of DaQingOilfield and other non-systematic problems, this paper advanced a new ideology and strategythat harmonized instructional system design with enterprise training.For enterprise training is a form of education, so it can also reference the mature modelof instructional system design (ab. ID). Firstly, this paper researched the theory, standard,tendency of enterprise training, and found that it was one of the most important applicationfield in ID, then studied the theories of ID in order to find breakthrough point betweenenterprise training and ID. Model is a simplified form of reality. Through comparing the threemost important models-Dick and Carey Model, Kemp Model and ADDIE Model, we finallychose ADDIE as the research model for its great flexibility and strong extensibility, and addedanother step 'feedback' to form a brand-new model ADDIE-F, at the same time, dividedfeedback into internal one and external one. At last, listed the process of ADDIE-F inenterprise training through elaborating every step, and proposed some suggestion forquantification research of feedback information from the angle of group's reaction curve.Finally transferred the ideology of ADDIE-F into the DaQing Oilfield enterprise trainingafter analyzing the actual conditions, took the training of Photoshop as the example whichcarried out by DaQing Training Center, specified the detailed measures of requirementanalysis, design, feedback, assessment, controlled the whole procedure from the angle ofcontent, process, service, and proposed some advice to improve the quality of training andpromote the transformation. |
