With the development of the postal system reform, China Post has formally entereda course of operation enterprization, service commercialization, businessinformatization and communication globalization. As a large self-sustainingstate-owned enterprise, China Post is more independent than before, but faced withmore fierce competition and challenges. As a monopoly enterprise with a mixture ofgovernment administration, Z City Post Office is unable to adapt to the complex andchangeable market competition environment so that the enterprise and its staff arefacing great pressure and challenge. Z City Post Office is in great need of top-qualitytalents to deal with the current macro-environment and upgrade the enterpriseself-development. As we know, the enterprise training system is undoubtedly animportant carrier and safeguard within human resource development. Z City Post Office,however, is in shambles during the reform and development of enterprises for theexisting training system. Many training programs and their practicability are questionedso that the enthusiasm of employees is relatively low and the training has no or littleeffects. Therefore, Z City Post Office must strengthen the management of humanresources and constantly improve the training system.The thesis, guided by the related theory of modern enterprise staff training, hascarried on the detailed investigation and analysis of the training status and pointed outthe existing problems and insufficiency of training system, by means of the dataanalysis, interview and literature research methods. To solve these above problems, thethesis, with the aid of advanced training concept and experience as well as the actualsituation of the enterprise, has put forward the improvement strategies in the fiveaspects of the improvement of the organizational structure, training demand analysis,curriculum system, internal trainers management and training effectiveness evaluation.
