In recent thirty years,Zhejiang provincial pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as the epitome has been rapidly developed. But in these several years, with the market of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry more and more drastic rivalship, the development of many middling and little private medicinal manufacturing enterprises face the difficult problems, and it is to be the focus for many national economists and insiders that how the large number of motor parts enterprises should look for the appropriate survival and developmental methods.Based on the basic theories and methods of strategic management, setting a certain enterprise as the example, starting from the characters of this industry, the paper makes a tentative discussion on the formation and implementation process of the development strategies appropriate for national middling and little medicinal manufacturing enterprises, according to the basic process established by the enterprise strategies. It is believed that the research methods have some certain referential value for the mostly domestic private enterprises, especially for the middling and little private medicinal manufacturing enterprises.In the face of the economic globalization after entering the WTO, and the developmental trendency of the professional standards in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and the astriction of the policies since 2006, and the more and more tense competition pressure, how could the middling and little private medicinal manufacturing enterprises carry out the strategic development goals. And where are their advantages. And how could they tend to the profit and evade the harm and keep ahead in competition. So it should study and diagnose the development stratagem, and frame a series of stratagems and arrange the process of them for the development and decision-making of it.The strategic researches cannot be done without the relevant theories. Either can the analysis on some concrete enterprise's developmental strategies. Therefore, the paper makes deep discussions on the relevant strategic theories before analyzing the concrete enterprise. Firstly, the paper briefly summarizes the strategic management theories. Secondly, the paper describes the main strategic genres and the strategic developmental analysis methods used in the paper. Lastly, the paper expounds the general process of the strategic management, including the following three phrases: the analysis of strategic environment, and the establislmient and choosing of the strategies and the strategic implementation.Basing on the strategic management theories, the paper makes some concrete analysis on AIDA's external and internal environment. And simultaneity it identifies AIDA's core competition ability. Based on the analysis, and comparing to the external and internal factor of the analogous enterprise of KLT, it institutes the strategic development goals and the standby of AIDA's. Then the paper validates the stratagem adopting the matrix of SWOT and SPACE, and single out the rather excellent development stratagem. At last combining the down-to-earth circs of AIDA, and to ensure the development stratagem, it brings forward the system actualization ountermeasures on the R&D, and the supplier management, and the financing, and the marketing ability, and the human resources and the corporate culture, after the institution.Through the researches on AIDA's developmental strategies, it is to be sure that there are some realistic values for the management of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
