In the cycle of continuous development of philosophy, people and world, thinking and being, subjective and objective are the questions of people thinking. They will be subject to the language theory of meaning, and its way of expression, understanding and other aspects constrainted by all the elements of the process of human social, such as politics, economy, history, and culture and even human survival mode. Up to now, it can be said that, the studies of material and spiritual world of human beings will combine with the theory of meaning carried by all the language. Based on that we can solve many practical problems in the information age.The same as the the truth of knowledge, the study of meaning of language makes a reflection on the reletionships of object-“I”and human -“I”. It shows the connections and interactions between human and nature, human and human, human and society. In view of the philosophical significance of this issue, contending theory of meaning indicates that the cultural values of human being have been changed. Starting from the view of postmodern, the study of meaning shows a obvious contextual and human culture trends. This study provides fully reflection and the dimension of space for the theory of meaning, but also oppotunities for the practicality of meaning. The reconstruction of theory of meaning by the guide of Marxist philosophy could help us avoid mistakes of nihilism and absolute relativism of the postmodernism.
