Therefore, researching the humanerror of the geological prospecting team is imperative.Through literature analysis an d site investigation of the geological prospectingteam, generation mechanism of human errors of geological prospecting team is thatthe process of information input, information judgment and information output iseffected by a lot of factors. So,the influence factorsof human errorof geologicalprospecting team are human factor, management factor, environment factor,equipment factor. According to extending the four factors analysis, we get14secondlevel factors and46third level factors. Due to certain the possibility of researchingthe factors and the size of influence, we can only analysis the important factors.Important factors including psychological factors, perception and action ability,management factors, environmental factors, machines and equipment factors. Basedon the in-depth analysis of each factor, to select the corresponding diagnostic index,and uses3kinds of diagnostic methods of indicators for diagnosis. Diagnostictechniques including psychological measurement, test method, questionnaire method.Based on diagnosing the staff of geological prospecting team, we got a series ofdiagnostic value and handled the value by the cluster analysis method. The evaluationobject we focus to are two geological prospecting teams their safety situation is verydifferent. By evaluating the two geological prospecting teams, we found that theassessment of value is the same as the safety situation. But the staff of the two geological prospecting team have different strengths and weaknesses in the threeassessment indicators.According to the evaluation results, i propose management measures foreveryone who involved in testing.This article hopes to deepen the leadership and administration’s understandingof human error of geological prospecting team by the diagnosis and assessmentprocess. Through taking a series of measures to gradually improve the safety statusand safety production management level of geological prospecting team.
