With the continuous development and widely used of 3S technology, the quantitative study on those technology in the field of planning and design has become a trend. Countless success stories shows that only with a higher level of human-machine cooperation can fully meet the requirements of planning, bring us more human, scientific and reasonable results. For there exist many differences between the scenic area tour line planning and general road planning, how to meet these needs when planning, we want to do a study and summarize about GIS application in mountain scenic area about the planning of tour line system, for the purpose of GIS in this area to further promote the application improvement.By repeatedly site visits,multi-level analysis and synthesis methods, the paper summarized final results which obtained. In the earlier time, through multiple-site survey, the author get the terrain data and regional profiles, summarized the previous studies, study the selection and assignment of factors such as the landscape sensitivity, and try to build a set of environmental psychology, which consider not only environmental factors, but also visitors' visual and psychological evaluation experience, by adding other environmental factors into the traditional range to establish a method, which is a new and more user-friendly assessment system.By calculating the weights with AHP, the GIS can evaluate final route of the mountain scenic area with the best route analysis. This paper do not focus on the travel road system planning of scenic area, but suppose to use Jinshan area of CangYan National Park as a analysis case, the author take a study on how many problems in the scenic area road system planning can GIS to solve, and ultimately establish a comprehensive evaluation system for GIS analysis in tour line planning, further the development of design, it is wished that this study can integrity play a role promoting the development on this field.
