| With the improving of natural environment pollution and the depletion of natural resources, it has become one of the inevitable choice for enterprises to have sustainable development that putting the concept of " ecological consciousness " into the whole process of supply chain management to make the whole supply chain of resource consumption have the minimal negative effect on the ecological environment. With the remanufacturing as an opportunity and putting sustainable development, circular economy and industrial ecology concept as the guiding principles, remanufacturing ecological supply chain simulate natural systems constitute a closed loop circuit. At the same time, it put the ecological design as its core and focus on product whole life cycle impact on the environment. According to the characteristics of the complexity of the system, this thesis used the system dynamics theory method.First of all, the thesis combed the research status of remanufacturing ecological supply chain. At the same time, remanufacture engineering, ecological supply chain and system dynamics were all reviewed. On the basis of this, remanufacturing economy content and its necessity for system optimization were explored. In combination with related research, manufacturing and remanufacturing quality economy, system external economy and system value innovative were the main segments of economy research contents. Then, in-depth research has been had from remanufacturing ecological supply chain simulation modeling and simulation analysis. Based on remanufacturing and ecological point of view, the factors that influencing the system had the simplified and quantitative treatment which combined with the content of the economy. Based on this, the dynamic model of remanufacturing ecological supply chain was built. Process of system behavior was divided into positive ecological process, ecological remanufacturing process and economic ability creating system, and, internal feedback structure of overall system was discussed. Again, the variables were assignment and based on the model test conducted the system simulation was had, the impact on the system dynamic behavior was studied from the aspect of system forward process, waste product recycling ratio, recyclers ecological recovery ratio and financial factors. And, the typical behavior mode-the bullwhip effect was analyzed. Finally, some policy suggestions were put forward based on the optimization purpose of remanufacturing ecological supply chain system and combining the analysis of simulation results. |
