Cashmere dyeing products (especially light color products) has sheep skin darker point, affecting the appearance quality of products. This subject focuses on the researching and solving the problems of the difference generated in dyeing of cashmere and skin. By adding chemical additives to form a microcapsule coated film of skin points’surface, clogging the capillary pore of skin point. At the same time, it can make dyes microencapsulated and form microcapsule granule which has the larger size than skin points, blocking the dye into the skin capillary internal. Thereby reducing the dyeing differences between the dyes on cashmere and on the skin points, that make the dyed samples achieve the same color effect on skin points and cashmere.In this paper, through the thermodynamic analysis of microcapsule dyeing, we found that the process increasing the dye absorption rates of fiber, but not influencing the affinity of dye and fiber, i.e. does not change its adsorption characteristics. Study on microcapsule dyeing process parameters (acid, additive dosage, initial dyeing temperature, dyeing bath ratio, heat preservation time and temperature) on the dyeing effect. Then optimizing and determining the optimal dyeing process of dyeing the cashmere fiber in light products is as follows. It can realize the exhaustion stage of rapid warming, reduce energy consumption and pollution. The final dyed products of new and traditional dyeing process have the same color and color fastness on the same good lines. Single fiber strength of dyed products increased, breaking elongation is superior to the traditional dyeing sample.
