Textile industry is a very important pillar industries, with large economic scale and huge employed population. Knitting industry has played a very important position in the entire textile industry, but the current high-end knitting machines are almost entirely dependent on imports, because our country can not break through the technology of core device.I studied traditional jacquard big c ircular machine of the structure and working theory, and analyzed jacquard knitting needle institutions,and studied the needle selection principle of institution work. Combined with magnets and the permanent magnet basic magnetic theory, the paper researches the electromagnetic suspension model of permanent magnet-maglev knitting theory, and this paper analyses the maglev type knitting the stress and frequency. In the maglev type knitting device, the main device are sensors, knitting and electromagnetic device component, in knitting the integral design of the device, must be reasonable design between the parts of the structure.This paper has proposed electromagnetic-permanent magnetic suspension according to the basic principles of needle-selection technology and magnetic suspension technology, built a mathematical model and transfer function for this suspension mode, analyzed the relationship between various parameters and initially established the basic suspension theory. Meanwhile, the generating process of friction heat and electromagnetic heat of suspension needle device is analyzed by using finite element software. I studied the basic idea of finite element theory, and this paper introduced the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and established the maglev type driving knitting heat conduction mathematical model of temperature field in the way of the original body, the steady state thermal analysis and study the transient thermal analysis, the thermal analysis and magnetic levitation drive knitting system organic unifies in together, by ANSYS software device in the thermal analysis & design and data processing. Using ANSYS electromagnetic device of the coil heating are simulated, and got the distribution of heat. Analysis and studied some common cooling way, basically have air cooling, water cooling, heat pipe heat dissipation of several common cooling mode. The cooling technology works cooling fluid, and choosed water cooling system as needle selection of the main cooling mode, and studied the water cooling radiator working principle, and established the mathematical equations solving the water temperature, and researched the radiator pipe flow field simulation.
