Warp knitting jacquard plush machine with double needle bed is the result ofpiezoelectric ceramic jacquard drive technology (piezo) applied to warp knitting plushmachine with double needle bed. As the newest warp knitting jacquard plush machine, whilegaining market recognition, it also has the problem of low revolving speed, and the revolvingspeed is only about300-400r/min. At the same time, the revolving speed of ordinary warpknitting plush machine with double needle bed made by German Karl Mayer can reach1000R/MIN. In order to achieve the aim of higher the revolving speed of warp knitting jacquardplush machine with double needle bed, this paper system makes a systematic analysis of whatimpacts its revolving speed.First, this paper introduces the development course of double needle bed warp knittingplush machine, and analyzes the research actuality of double needle bed warp knittingjacquard plush machine and its major institutions and working principle, at the same time,points out its jacquard knitting process design methods.Then, this paper analyzes the impacts of knitting mechanism, jacquard device, shoggingmechanism, let-off mechanism on the revolving speed of double needle bed warp knittingjacquard plush machine. Choosing short latch needle in knitting mechanism and selectingrational knitting motion will benefit to speed increases. Through the dynamics analysis ofknitting mechanism cooperating law, we have conclude that selecting negative knittingregularity, small rotational inertia and low vibration and small round swing motion ofjacquard comb, are beneficial to raise the revolving speed after calculation. Meanwhile, wemake dynamic simulation analysis of knitting mechanism in the PRO/E,and we get theoptimal knitting time after analysed the characteristics of latch needles’ movement, which isadvantageous to the machine speed further improved.Then again, this paper introduces a kind of jacquard control system based on DSP, andpoints out that the high polarizability, electric capacity, larger deformation torque and smalloffset time of jacquard element are important to the further improved the warp knittingmachine revolving speed. By using a3D dynamic high speed camera system and under thecondition of simulated jacquard yarn guide with yarns, we test the offset time and vibrationtime of yarn guide, therefore we obtain that choosing a big torque of jacquard yarn guide onwarp knitting machine can raise the revolving speed by50R/MIN to100R/MIN than smalltorque, and adopting reasonable voltage value and yarn tension will be helpful to reduce thevibration time.This topic mainly analyzes many factors what influence the revolving speed of doubleneedle bed warp knitting jacquard plush machine. and through analyzing the knittingmechanism, we put forward reasonable knitting cooperation law and the best choice ofknitting shogging time, providing the certain theory reference for speeding up domesticdouble needle bed warp knitting jacquard plush machine.
