| The Intelligent-Handle system developed recently is a new type of tool clamping system.Through the combination of the current mature technique in tool manufacturing and the intelligentsystem, the Intelligent-Handle system has realized the intelligent control on the tool handle, and as aresult, the high machining process has also been improved greatly. In this paper, twokey-technologies for Intelligent-Handle system-contactless power supply technology and wirelessdata transmission technology-are researched both in theory and practice. The main content includes:(1)Make a theoretical analysis and comparison for the contactless power supply technologyand wireless data transmission technology, according to the comparison, subsequently we select theRF Power Transmission and Bluetooth Data Transmission as the way of realizing the contactlesspower supply technology and wireless data transmission technology based on the Intelligent-Handlesystem.(2) Make a theoretical analysis and comparison for the RF Power Transmission and BluetoothData Transmission, especially the key theories used in these technologies, and as a result, we willchoose some reasonable hardware modules as well as develop the related hardware and softwaremodules.(3)After completing the3D modeling, CAD drawings and assemblage of the test-module, wewill add the RF Power Transmission equipment and Bluetooth Data Transmission equipment to thetest-module, lastly, make a reasonable conclusion when we have finished enough necessary tests. |
