| With Chinese economic rapid growth, the demand of non-ferrous metals alsogrows increasingly. However, as Chinese non-ferrous metals industry expands in thescale, the contradiction becomes prominent increasingly. It produces large quantitiesof waste soild, waste gas and waste water, all of which are the fundamental source ofenvironmental degradation. Therefore, this paper do research on evaluation of theeconomic environment coordination of Chinese non-ferrous metal industry.The paper is divided into5chapters. The first chapter mainly elaborates theresearch significance, research status and other aspects. The second chapter studiesthe present situation of non-ferrous metals industry. The third, fourth and fifth chapterstudy evaluation of the economic environment coordination and Environment KuznetsCurve.The paper establishs evaluation analysis model.It includes evaluation indexsystem, index weight allocation method and evaluation method. This chapter lays afoundation for the analysis of the fourth chapter. Economic evaluation index includeseconomic strength, structure, development and investment. Environment evaluationindex includes pollution emissions, pollution control and resources use. Index weightallocation method chooses the principal component analysis. Evaluation methodchooses the coordination degree method with coefficient of variation.The paper studies economy environment coordination degree and coordinationdevelopment degree of nonferrous metal industry in China. From2001to2009,economy environment coordination degree appears fluctuant increasing shape on thewhole, but it declines in2005and2009. The coordination development degreeappears rise shape on the whole, but it declines in2003and2009. In addition, whenenvironment protection is perceived more important than economic development,slope of coordination development degree curve is steepest.The paper studies the form and model of non-ferrous metal industrialEnvironment Kuznets Curve.It does not meet the traditional Kuznets curvecharacteristics but conforms to the wavy three curve model. This paper summarizesthe model equation. The reason of curve shape is mainly development speed changeof nonferrous metal industry and environmental protection investment change.This paper studies quantitatively the economy environment coordination of nonferrous metals industry in China. It has active sense in promoting the sustainabledevelopment of nonferrous metals industry. |
