In this dissertation, the fluoroalkyl group was introduced to the side chain ofpolysiloxane to overcome the weaknesses of the polysiloxane and achieve the bothadvantages of silicone and organic fluorine compounds.The fluorosilicone finishing agentswere applied on fabric finishing to provide water repellent, hate dirt and antistatic propertywith well laundry resistance, and to give the fabric with well hand feel and softness.Using2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropenol and3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluoro-octanolas raw materials,two fluoroalkyldichlorosilanes were synthesized, and the structure wascharacterized by1H NMR,FT-IR and MS.These two fluoroalkyldichlorosilanes were used asmonomers to give the fluoroalkylaminosilicone oil,two types of one-component fluorosiliconefinishing agent and two types of two-component finishing agent.The fluorine content of thefluoroalkylaminosilicone oil were controlled to be25%,30%and35%, and thetwo-component fluorosilicone finishing agent with tridecafluorooctyloxapropyl as side chainwere controlled to be36.7%,44.5%and51.6%respectively.The fluoroalkylaminosilicone oil was emulsified and the emulsification process wasoptimized followed by appling on textile finishing. To compare with the vinylmethylsilicone finishing agent,the application performance of different finishing agents werestudied.The optimal finishing processing condition of emulsion type finishing solution andsolvent-based finishing solution on cotton fabric were explored by changing the bakingtemperature and baking time.The result showed that:(1) the water repellent performance of fluoroalkylaminosilicone oil was not so good with the water repellency grade of70points when the amountof finishing agent was150g/L.(2) The water repellent performance of one-componentfluorosilicone finishing agent was so good that the water repellency grade reach90points when the amount of finishing agent was only25g/L, and the longer the side-chain, thebetter the water repellent property.(3) The two-component fluorosilicone finishing agentshowed the best performance, and when the amount of finishing agent was only15g/L, thewater repellency grade reach100points. At the same time, the more the fluorine element,the better the water repellent property.(4) The SEM test told us that the surface of thefinished cotton fibers was smooth and the folds of cotton fiber disappeared. The heatresistance of cotton fabrics was foud to be enhanced and water repellency and washabilityof fibers was foud to be further improved with the increase of fluorine content in thefinishing agent. And the average hand feel can be reached five level with good softness andresilience.(5) The emulsification of fluoroalkylaminosilicone oil with non-ionicemulsifiers and anionic emulsifier was studied and the optimal amount of the emulsifierwas found to be12%.(6) The washability of two-component fluorosilicone finishingagents were found to be excellent contrast to vinyl methyl silicone finishing agent, andwhen the amount of fluorosilicone finishing agents was25g/L,after washing20times,thewater repellent properties retained80points,while the vinyl methyl silicone finishingagent can only retained50points.(7) When the emulsion was used as finishing agent oncotton fabrics,the best baking temperature was found to be160℃and the best baking timewas150s,but when the solution was used as finishing agent,the best baking temperaturewas170℃and the best baking time was120s....
