| Nowadays, rapid economic growth has brought more and more extreme pressure, it will inevitably lead to the retaliation from earth since the excessive exploitation and utilization of nature, such as Indonesian Tsunami, London Smog, and the event on Yellow River Valley, so that much attention has been paid on how to realize the sustainable development of economy and social appearance has been greatly improved. At the same time, spatial pattern and resource conditions have also been greatly improved with the adjustment of administrative division in2011.In other words, there are unlimited opportunities for Hefei as well as severe challenges on population, resources and environment. Personally speaking, the construction of ecological is not only the inherent requirement of scientific outlook on development, but also the necessary premise of being the regional extra large cities. Besides, it is the key to keep the balance between the economic development and environmental problem in Hefei, at the same time, it is conducive to the shaping of Hefei city image as well as their cultural quality and city brand. Therefore, this essay focuses on studying on the influence on environment with economic growth and the changes and trend of each system in Hefei. On the other hand, it focuses on how to realize the improvement of environmental capacity and how to create the strategy on the ecological livable and modern Binhu.The research object of this essay is Hefei city that is before and after administrative division adjustment. This essay made evaluation and research for carrying capacity of Hefei city from construction of ecological city. This essay summarized firstly domestic and international research situations of environmental capacity used as theoretical basis for evaluation of environment carrying capacity. Then, overviews of society, economy and environment of Hefei city, which are before and after administrative division adjustment, were introduced. And then this Article entered into subject content. The assessment index system was built on the basis of Hefei characteristics. Entropy Method was used to define statistic weight of index. The environment carrying capacity of each system of Hefei city (2005-2010) was measured by State Space Model. Next, reason analysis of environment carrying capacity of Hefei city (2005-2010) was executed according to calculation results. Several main disadvantages were discriminated and several opportunities for improving old administrative area caused by administrative division in2011were discussed through reason analysis. At last, this Article proposed several recommendations for how to enhance the environment carrying capacity of Hefei city. such as how to promote the upgrading of industrial structure, reduce environmental pollution effectively, set up a reasonable growth on population, promote the quality on urban development as well as set up environmental pattern fusion among the government, enterprises and the public. |
