Research On Marine Ecological Carrying Capacity In Nantong Province

Nantong is located in the national "area along the way" strategy and the "Yangtze River Economic belt" strategy overlap area.Over the years the development strength of the marine resources continued to increase,while the development of light protection,excessive disorderly exploitation of the phenomenon makes Nantong environment problems.Therefore,in order to plan ahead,an urgent need for objective assessment and analysis of the carrying capacity of the waters under the jurisdiction of Nantong City in order to find the appropriate basis for decision-making to ensure the sustainable use of its ecological environment.In this paper briefly summarizes the concept and method of Marine ecological bearing capacity,Combining domestic and foreign literature,And constructs the evaluation index system of ecological carrying capacity of Nantong province.In the process of determining the index system of the evaluation,first step has used the literature analysis method and the Delphi method,A total of 24 indicators were selected from the initial 39 indicators,And two similarity indexes were excluded by the multicollinearity analysis of spss statistical software.Finally,a total of 22 indicators of 8 indicators were identified.Second steps,The method of weighting of the index is the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,Last step,the state space law model is used to quantify the ecological bearing capacity of nantong province,The ecological carrying capacity index of marine area in Nantong City from 2009 to 2014 was analyzed systematically.The results show:(1)In 2009-2014,the ecological carrying capacity index of Nantong showed a decreasing trend,The index fell from 0.8275 in 2009 to 0.7304 in 2014.Carrying capacity from good load can be carried to the basic load,The load has been on a downward trend since 2010.(2)According to the analysis of the system,this paper argues that the main reason for the declining Is the surge in the population,Fishery resources over-fishing caused by increased pressure on the marine environment.The environment is destroyed at the same time the investment in environmental protection is far behind.(3)In this paper,according to the evaluation of marine ecological carrying capacity of Nantong City,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In order to effectively control the Marine environment pollution,the mostbasic fundamentally is tight control of the pollution of Nantong enterprises,strengthen the control of the waste water,waste gas and solid waste emissions,increase the intensity of punishment,vigorously develop the circular economy.This paper expect to provide theoretical basis for this area and the Marine sustainable development in coastal areas.
