Fluorosilicone macro molecules emulsion containing double bonds was prepared by anionic ring-opening reaction, octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane(D4),(trifluoromethyl) propyl cyclotrisiloxane(D3F) served as the monomers, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA) served as a catalyst, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and nonylphenol ethoxylates(OP-10) served as emulsifier, then2-hydroxy methacrylate(HEMA) served as capping agent. The structure was characterized by the infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The glass transition temperature of the emulsion polymers was tested by different scanning calorimeter(DSC). Besides, emulsion light transmittance, water absorption, and its stability were tested. The experiments showed that:when the reaction temperature was70-80℃, reaction time was5h, stirring speed was300r/min. The mass ratio of SDBS to OP-10was1:2,the amount of emulsifier to monomer was5%, catalyst amount to the monomer mass was3%, the amount of HEMA to the monomer was6%, the time started to add HEMA at dropping finished catalyst solution after2h, the mass ratio of monomer to water was1:3.5, the mass ratio of D4to D3F was2:1, the performance of the obtained microemulsion was better, and particle size was less than100nm.Modified acrylate emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization, butyl acrylate(BA), vinyl acetate(VAC)served as the main monomers, acrylic acid(AA) served as a functional monomer, the fluorosilicone macro molecules emulsion containing double bonds obtained described above served as the modified monomer, sodium dodecyl sulfate(K-12) and nonylphenol ethoxylates(OP-10) served as emulsifier, and potassium persulfate(KPS) served as the initiator. The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR), its morphological features was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the polymer’s glass transition temperature was characterized by different scanning calorimeter(DSC), and mechanical properties of the latex film and water absorption and viscosity properties were tested. Experiments showed that:when the reaction temperature was75℃-80℃, reaction time was5h, stirring speed was300r/min. BA:VAC was5:4, the amount ot emulsifier was5%, including1/3of the reactive surfactant, the mass ratio of K-12to OP-10was1:2, the amount of initiator to the main monomer was0.55%, the amount of functional monomer AA to monomer was5.3%, the fluorine-silicon macro molecular emulsion to the main monomer was13%, the obtained emulsion had a low water absorption, lower surface energy, and good adhesive properties. The surface energy of the copolymer emulsion was studied by testing the contact angle. The effect of the amount of initiator, emulsifier, fluorosilicone macromolecules emulsion on reducing the performance of the emulsion surface was investigated. The study showed that:fluorosilicone macromolecules emulsion had a significant effect on lowering surface, but the saturation reached a certain value, the emulsifier and initiator dosage on the lowering surface energy also had an appropriate amount, the effect was significant when the amount of emulsifier was lower than5%and initiator dosage was prior to0.55%, then surface energy increased on the contrary.
