In recent years, honing technology has become essential technology in enginecylinder liner, cylinder block holes and construction machinery, hydraulic cylindersand other precision coupling hole cutting processing. However, compared withforeign honing machine, there is a big gap and a lower level of overall honing processat domestic honing machine in terms of precision machining, the manufacturing leveland the control mode. Almost all foreign brands monopoly the precise and efficientCNC honing machine in the domestic market, so for cater to the more and more higherrequirements in honing technology to meet the domestic machinery industry, theactual occurrence of the design and development and manufacture of top-grade CNChoning machine has very important significance.High-end CNC honing machine in the course of their work, machiningparameters (such as a reciprocating spindle speed, spindle speed, feed force) moreartificially set these parameters is relatively large impact on the quality of theworkpiece, honing machine adaptive control system based on changes in the size ofthe aperture, the difference of the quality of the workpiece, honing parametersautomatically make the appropriate adjustment to reduce the human impact factor, toimprove the quality of processing of the workpiece. Therefore, there is a trend todevelopment of the honing machine fuzzy adaptive control system.According to the chaaracteristics of reciprocating motion of CNC honingmachine and the feed motor system, study honing machine adaptive fuzzy controlmethod on the basis of the mathematical model,and argument in theory that fuzzycontrol method can meet the high-end CNC honing machine control’s requirements.Design CNC honing machine adaptive control system in VB programming language toachieve automatic control of CNC honing machine processing, and display the currentstate of motion of honing machine parameters. Achieve to VB call MATLB complexalgorithms in use of dynamic link library technology. In siemens OEM environment,the design of a dedicated interface embedded into the840D CNC system, and achievecommunication between the design of he interface and the NCK/PLC, it can operateand monitor CNC Honing machine tool.
