Abstract:Rubber injection molding machine is one of the major equipments for the production of vulcanized rubber products, the quality of products depends largely on the control of the temperature, pressure and time in the vulcanization process.In the current technical conditions, the temperature control is still on a low level in most domestic rubber injection molding machines, the error tends to±3℃to±5℃, and the product quality is difficult to guarantee. In order to improve production efficiency, this thesis improved temperature control system of the existing rubber injection molding machine, network monitoring and controlling multiple rubber injection molding machine through field-bus control mode on industrial field.Firstly the mechanical structure and the manufacturing technique of rubber injection molding machine was analyzed, got the heating characteristics and requirements of heating module, meanwhile, according to the actual situation of the industrial field, the overall control architecture was confirmed by the next three layers:the master layer, the communication management layer, the field control layer, after designed the structure and the function, the three layers was integrated to a whole by the use of hardware configuration.After that, the form and order of the heating model was confirmed through modeling by mechanism, and the reliability of the historical temperature sample was also confirmed through analyzing the historical temperature curve which was presented by the expert control of the existing rubber injection molding machine, and got the heating system model by Matlab curve fitting recognition method.Then, according to the original temperature control algorithm, the two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm and the parallel integral separation part of the two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm were proposed, and the membership functions and the fuzzy control rules of the relevant variables were confirmed in the two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm, the integral parameter adjustment law and the formula of the parallel integral separation part was also confirmed, these two kind of algorithms were emulated in Matlab, and the results were analyzed.Finally, a set of temperature monitoring system was developed, achieved the goals of monitoring and controlling of the parameters such as:temperature, pressure, curing time in rubber injection molding machine, and it can modified PLC integration parameters online.The field applications shown that this temperature control system could control the deviation within±1℃on the setting point, and the desired objective was achieved.
