| Based on previous studies, some of the active chemical components fromXinjiang sabina seeds are studied. The study include Xinjiang sabina seeds volatile-β-cyclodextrin complex and the effect of resist oxidation and bacteriostasis on part ofthe components.Chapter I, reviewed current research about Xinjiang sabina and sabina seeds, theextraction, separation and detection of natural products chemical compositions arealso reviewedChapter II, studied on the extraction of Xinjiang Sabina seeds, the preparation ofvolatile oil β-cyclodextrin complex and related detection.(1) The Xinjiang sabinaseeds volatile oil extracted by steam distillation, through orthogonal experiment, theextraction rate has been increased to1.07%.(2) GC-MS analys the the Sabina seedsvolatile oils,46compounds were identified.(3) Studied the preparation of volatile oilβ-cyclodextrin complex, the results of the inclusion rate is82.1%,the recovery rate is84.5%. TLC and GC-MS results proved that the main compositions are basicallyinvariant.Chapter III, the total flavonoids of Xinjiang sabina seeds is studied.(1) Usingtwo methods to extract total flavonoids from Xinjiang sabina seeds, resuits are:ultrasound-assisted reflux method was6.10mg/g, two aqueous phase extractionmethod was11.33mg/g.(2) Using RP-HPLC to quantify the content of quercetin inXinjiang sabina seeds (3) Studied the effect of resist oxidation and anti-nitrosation,theresults showed, to some extent,the total flavonoids extract is active in resist oxidation.(4) Studied the bacteriostasis of total flavonoids extract effect on8kinds of commonpathogenic bacteria,it is showed the growing of some kinds bacterias were restrained;and its antibacterial effect on three types of food was studied.Chapter IV, researched the extraction, refining and determination of Xinjiangsabina seeds polysaccharide.(1) Using phenol-sulfuric acid color mathod to measure Xinjiang sabina seeds average polysaccharide content, the result is5.07%.(3)Studied the effect of resist oxidation and anti-nitrosation.The results showed, to someextent,the polysaccharide of Xinjiang sabina seeds is active in resist oxidation.Chapter V, alkaloids of Xinjiang sabina seeds were extract and determination.using acid dye color method to measure its content,and alkaloid content of0.902mg/g.Chapter VI, using nitric acid digestion and ashing method to deal with Xinjiangsabina seeds,and determination16trace elements in the sample by inductivelycoupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) content. Compared thedifference of the two methods, the results showed that the ashing method was moresuitable to deal with Xinjiang sabina seeds.Chapter VII, summay. |
