Fluoride pollution from the source of pollution into the atmosphere, the dry and wet deposition effects in the environment (plants, soil, water and etc.), through food and water to enter the human body and the victim..Baotou is a heavy industrial city, with the rapid development of economy, the industrial production to the environment pollution, in the early eighty’s, due to Baotou mainly in the metallurgical industry, Baotou iron and steel (Group) company, Baotou Aluminum Corporation as a fluoride excretion in large family, the cause of fluoride pollution to our city farming animal husbandry caused huge economic losses, at the end of the ninety’s, with Baotou Xiwang aluminum fluoride pollution situation is grim, is not optimistic.Due to the current Baotou Aluminum Corporation and Baotou Xiwang Aluminum only two companies, so the research is mainly in Baotou Aluminum Corporation and its surrounding areas as the main object, Through the survey of pollution sources and the monitoring, to find a scientific and accurate for the electrolysis workshop roof of unorganized emission fluoride on-site sampling and monitoring method, giving accurate aluminum stock fluoride emissions, combined with the local wind, atmospheric stability, meteorological condition, study of fluoride emission and diffusion rule, discuss its emissions and environmental quality relationship, to the factory ambient air quality impact prediction, and according to the environmental quality requirements, identifies the source emissions targets, in order to prevent the surrounding environment and human health suffered pollution put forward scientific and reasonable reduction countermeasures.The study to obtain the following conclusions:(1) through to the aluminum electrolysis workshop production technology shares the serious investigation and study, combined with the current domestic and international monitoring instrument development level, find a can provide electrolytic workshop roof fugitive emission of fluoride sampling method.(2) Baotou Aluminum Corporation is the result of its surrounding high level fluoride content of main pollution sources.(3) Coated stock skylight fugitive emission is larger, the fluorine content of total fluorine discharge volume80%the left and right sides, leading to a short distance therefrom heat and power plant, gas station and other static point fluoride levels exceed the standard seriously.(4) The research using the point source model and surface source model for Baotou Aluminum Corporation in various emission conditions surrounding air fluoride pollution on plant is forecasted.
