Nowadays, numerical control CNC machine tools technology has been widely used in the furniture production and process. However, the working mode of manual pushing blanking not only waste the raw materials but also the labor force, which leads to a low work efficiency. Only under the processing management model of ’focus on cutting, optimization nesting, CNC cutting’ can effectively reduce the material waste in the cutting process, to improve the production efficiency and economic benefits. In order to improve the NC blanking processing efficiency and accuracy, the utilization ratio of plate as well, this paper took the CNC cutting saw produced by a Woodworking Machinery, cutting characteristics, the shape of machining parts as references to design the software parts of NC cutting saw and developed a visualized3D dynamic software system which oriented to the NC blanking and sawing process.First and foremost, the software of NC cutting saw is designed from the whole to the part according to the design philosophy, plate cutting and visualized simulation process is systematic analysissed from the standpoint of CAD/CAM and use modularized thought to specifically analysis the corresponding functions respectively. Design the visualized simulation system of software interface of the manual and automatic blanking and saw cutting process of NC cutting saw principle according each module’s functional requirements and the design philosophy of software interface.Secondly, in order to realize human edited CAD blanking and plate’s automatic cutting CAM, this paper combined designed parameters of CNC cutting saw and technological requirements of cutting, the process ’guillotine cutting’, through compare of merit and demerit of some algorithms, choose the appropriate blanking optimization algorithm of sawing optimum design of CNC cutting saw, the selection algorithm which based on the lowest horizon, and establish mathematical model, observe the layout effect of this applied algorithm via specific examples.Thirdly, use the simulation method that unrelated to the platform, based on the dynamic visualized simulation of OpenGL to realize the3D visualized simulation of NC cutting saw process. The simulation modeling of virtual cutting saw is done from the following two aspects: dynamic and steady state respectively the blanking process can be verified whether it’s right or wrong by the simulation process and verified whether the cutting results are up to the mustard.Finally, the programming of CNC cutting saw system can realize the functions of each module and testify, summary and assessment the manual blanking, automatic blanking,3D dynamic visualized simulation system through examples. Using the CNC cutting saw which based on this software system can almost automatically, high timber-produced ratio, error free, multitudinously saw artificial board, which immensely improve the material usage ratio and solve the problem that plate blanking of numerical control degree.
