Enterprise Safety Standardization Project Management

In an enterprise’s developing process, safety production is always an important subject, with both economic and spiritual benefit. In recent years, the government wants to improve safe production of company, push safety production standardization system in nationwide. Through establish a series of safety management system, regulate the production behavior, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of safety production requirements. In this paper, take Nanning A pipe company as the research object, research the establishment of safety standardization project, introduce project management theory and method, to find the better way for small and medium size company to establish a safety standardization system.This paper first introduces the safety standardization and the project management theory as well as developing process, summary the results of previous studies. And then introduce the contents and the features of safety standardization production, as well as the necessity of the safety standardization production project; through the analysis of the company’s present situation, find out the problems, use project management theory and methods, focusing on process management, time management, human resources management analysis, effectively solves the problem of the enterprises in the safety standardization production project, puts forward workable solutions, and provide reference for the future enterprise safety standardization production management.
