Ndustrial Park Planning Environmental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environmental Impact Assessment Study

The implementation of the environmental impact assessment law makes environmental impact of China from the construction project environmental impact evaluation expanding to the planning evaluation system. Environment Impact assessment is the environmental protection measures from micro to macro, from point to side. It is a need for sustainable development of industrial parks to plan environmental impact assessment. As an important element of the environment, the status of atmosphere has produced a greater impact on the merits and the development of development zone. Therefore, the atmospheric environmental impact assessment is an integral part of planning environmental impact assessment system.This paper combine with the characteristics and requirements of the environmental impact assessment of the planning project, reference to domestic and foreign industry standards and Atmospheric environmental impact assessment guide and technical requirements, summed up the basic workflow and the main points of the atmospheric environment impact assessment in planning projects, and take the road chemical park as an example, through field surveys and data collection, we completed the development of the natural and social environment,and the planning scheme. By analyzing regional pollution weather conditions, atmospheric environmental information and industrial pollution, and applying the atmospheric prediction models, the future pollutant emissions are predicted and the capacity of atmospheric environment is calculated. The evaluation results provide the basis for the atmospheric environmental management and planning. Obtain the following results:②By full analyzing the air quality monitoring results in the park road and the surrounding area ambient, environmental quality in this district is good, and there is no exceeded situation in the monitoring project, which can meet the two standard of "Ambient Air Quality Standard (GB3095-1996).②Through sorting, collection and analysis of regional pollution weather conditions, to determine the forecast parameters of atmospheric for the region, select the AERMOD atmospheric prediction model, prediction and evaluation of the environmental impact of road park atmosphere, come to sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide concentration were not exceeded in the short and long term.③Ideal environment for capacity estimates on the main road industrial park ambient air pollutants SO2and NO2, it is expected that the emissions of sulfur dioxide in2015will be up to1261t and the emissions of nitrogen oxides will be1268t. In2020, sulfur dioxide will be4316t, nitrogen oxides will be4184t. They all do not exceed the ideal environment capacity of SO26250t/year and NO28025t/year.④tAmospheric Environmental Risk Assessment of Industrial Park show that the zone away from the gasification unit from0.743to1.666km is in risk. In the district, the affected villages included the former Sandy Bay and Xiejiagedan. If leakage diameter is greater, it expected to have a greater impact.
