With the increasing demanding of oil and face the shortage of varieties energy problem in the future, the developing and using of heavy oil resources has become increasingly important. However, most of the heavy oil reservoirs in complex geological conditions, many factors will influence the effective exploitation of heavy oil, one of the problems is the current prevalence of sand production problems, and become to realize that unti-sand excessively is seriously be harm to the near wellbore damage and capacity. In view of the above problems, the sand cold production and appropriate sand control completion used widely. According to the harm of sand and the needing of offshore heavy oil production platform, it is neccessary to processes the sand in the heavy oil,to satisfied the requirements of production process. The inevitable sand flow into surface flow, the corresponding oil-sand separation is necessary, the study of hydrocyclone san solve the problem.So the experimental design of hydrocyclone’s oil-sand separation is essential。The research focused on the feasibility test of solid-liquid separation which is based on the theory of solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid separation. Taken the situation of oil-sand separation into consideration, the research is carried with hydrocyclone. Because the separation is related to differential pressure,so the all kinds of pressure loss situation should taken into considered with the Separation Property at the same time. The aim of the reseach is two phase flow on oil-sand which is different from the water-sand. The main part are studied the viscosity which influnced the separative efficiency,power consumption and act. Then the results is proved by tests.First of all, we were compared and optimized in the laboratory simulation experiment on hydrocyclone structure and operating parameters, oil field actual working conditions (inlet concentration, inlet pressure) to select the most suitable cyclone under various parameters. The experimental results show that, the structure of swirler scheme three in very dilute feed concentration (such as5/1000) under the separation effect is better, and then the experimental research, by changing the discharge ratio, the insertion depth of structure parameters and feed pressure, viscosity of liquid phase of operation parameters, a set of complete experimental data, then analyzes the separation performance with variations of each parameter. Data processing using dimensional analysis and linear regression of two kinds of data processing methods, thus separating correction efficiency, to guide the actual application.Study on oil sand separation device prototype key parts-cyclone for removing sand at different moisture content of different size, different pressure and flow parameters of oil sand separation test. The test results show that, at a certain flow particle concentration and viscosity of liquid phase under the condition of sand removing cyclone separator, separation efficiency as a function of particle size, pressure and flow rate increases; the sand removing cyclone separator, separation efficiency as a function of the oil viscosity increases; and can be seen in cyclone for removing sand sand removing experimental separation efficiency and the simulation values close to. Validation of the cyclone for removing sand from oil sand separation characteristics can achieve the theoretical requirements.
