Rolling machine, is a very popular equipment in sheet forming process, widely used in boiler, shipbuilding, petrochemical, metal structure, cement machinery, chemical machinery, mechanical manufacturing and maintenance department etc.In recent years more and more extensive application of rolling machine, with the increasing rolling ability, project design requirement of rolling design to continuously improve. The large volume, high power, and low accuracy and low efficiency plate of rolling machine restricts its development, thus rolling design to solve these problems, it becomes the study of these problems, to research on these issues has important theoretical and practical guiding significance.This thesis studies the principle, process art and basic parameters, plate forming theory and transient dynamic analysis of rolling machine systematically. Using finite element analysis software ANSYS to do dynamic simulation and rebound analysis for the whole coiling sheet metal process of model 30×1600mm rolling machine adopting transient dynamic analysis. First, the establishment the rolling machine and plate finite element model. In order to simplify analysis, we only establish the rollers model. Secondly, Choose appropriate unit types ,mesh to the rollers and the plate.Again, to determine rollers mechanical contact with the plate equation and boundary conditions, through accurate analysis of their entire plate bending process, will be divided into three processes its reasonable. The process in different impose different constraints and loads, which are given in the different processes under the pressure roller in the amount of bending sheet volume and sheet formula for calculating the amount of rebound. To simulate the process of sheet forming and dynamic display, Thus can more intuitive to see from start to finish steel plate into the completion,then to achieve the goal of feasibility and visibility,also provide the relation of the upper roller press value and the plate bending radius along with rebound quantity, this provides reference basis to solve the above problems for existing rolling machine and has very good guidance and reference to improve and reform technology for the rolling machine manufacturers.
