The performance,overall design aesthetics and appearance of the whole front wall crossbeam determine the performance and quality of the whole body to a great extent,but the final performance and quality of the front wall crossbeam depends on the process design and level of the front wall crossbeam mold.Experienced automobile die fitters usually need to adjust and modify repeatedly,and the cost is also increasing.With the development of modern computer science and technology,it has become a reality to use simulation analysis to assist mold design.In this paper,the advanced CAE simulation analysis computer technology is used to develop the auxiliary process design of the front wall crossbeam,and then the 3D design software UG is used to design the die,which can effectively save the process design cost and time of the front wall crossbeam,and improve the performance and quality of the front wall crossbean.In this paper,the stamping process of the front wall crossbeam is analyzed,and the stamping die of the front wall crossbeam is designed based on the results of the stamping process analysis.The stamping process plan of automobile front wall crossbeam is as follows:the first process is drawing process,the second process is finishing process,the third process is flanging and shaping process,and the fourth process is side punching and side shaping process.For the above four processes,the process part design and process design are carried out respectively.Then,based on the numerical simulation software AutoForm,the finite element stamping process simulation is carried out for the drawing process of the front wall crossbeam,and the orthogonal experimental design is carried out to obtain the ideal stamping process parameters.Based on the orthogonal experimental design,the CAE analysis and optimization are carried out for the drawing process,and the theory is obtained Desired drawing parameters.Among them,the friction coefficient has the greatest influence on the stability of the minimum material thickness,and the die width of the drawbead has the least influence on the stability of the minimum thickness.At this time,the optimal die technology solutions for the drawbead are:friction coefficient 0.13,blank holder force 1000KN,clearance between the convex and concave dies 0.8mm,stamping speed 2000mm/s,and width of the drawbead 16mm.Then,we use AutoForm to analyze and compensate the springback of the front wall beam.Finally,the drawing die of front wall crossbeam stamping die structure is designed by using the professional 3D modeling software UG.
