Study On Ecological-Using For Land On ChangSha Urban Fringe

Five thousand years of human history, the city is a product of development, and it is a sign of national civilization and progress. In recent years, rapid urbanization, which is one of the most distinctive features of the city’s own geographical expansion. Urban and rural urban fringe as a junction of natural changes in the process to become the largest, fastest and most sensitive areas. And its ecological land use is to build eco-city, to achieve sustainable land use basis and premise. Therefore, the strengthening of the urban fringe land use, structure and problems of the study, for optimizing the configuration of urban land to ease urban pressure, improve the urban regional structure, improving land use efficiency is undoubtedly of great significance.This study used a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, based on the rapid urbanization process, Changsha City,"society" and the city needs the construction of low-carbon, to research on the ecological land use in the marginal zone of Changsha. In this paper, urban fringe and the concept of land use and related ecological theory, combined with the actual situation of marginal zone of Changsha, and its ecological use of land for in-depth analysis. The edge of Changsha City has been the existence of land use is the uneven quality of arable land accounting for up, low food productions, low conversion, low ecological security, explored the causes simultaneously.On the basis of eco-urban land use of success stories from home and abroad,and for real estate development process is difficult to prevent this particular case, the article presents following countermeasures:establish mechanisms for land protection, improve the planning system of urban land and build the land ecological safe system for land use of fringe. The innovations of this article are:founded ecological landscape models of urban expansion and green buildings. Introducing "forest city" ring traffic, urban agriculture in city expansion models. Green building is reflected in the Eco-design, Eco-materials, Eco-energy, and proposed effective rules for the implementation.
