On the basis of the relationship between trade liberalization andenvironmental pollution, I start specific research With the situstion of China’s textileexports and the environmental problems which caused by China’s textile exports, thenuse the Eviews6.0measurement software from three sides(scale effect/structuraleffect/technical effect) to analyze the statistical datas.get the results: Scale effect haspositive correlation with environmental pollution, Expansion of textile exports wouldexacerbate the deterioration of ecological environment. Technology andCapital-laborratio will improve China’s environmental.GDP per capita is positively correlated withthe environmental pollution. The relationship between environmental pollution andGDP per capita Verified the EKC, China is a developing country, still at left of peak ofEKC. The dependence on foreign trade by affecting the indirect effects the pollutionby effecting China’s textile exports, then deteriorate our environment. Then, from theperspective of the Environmental Kuznets Curve Empirical Analysis theenvironmental impact of textile exports in14provinces (municipalities),get theInverted U-curve relationship. Finally, according to the development of China’s textile industry and theenvironmental pollution level, make some suggestion, let China’s textile export tradecould develop with environmental in a friendly way.
