Mine safety cabin mainly provides the mine work a safe refuge sites,when gas and coal dust explosion Happen.How to detect the explosion-proof capability of the cabin structure is Important for the Research and development of the safety cabin. The article mainly checks the Stiffness and strength of the mine safety cabin loading Detonation wave shock as a subject,and according to the results of finite element analysis use CAE structure optimization on cabin,thereby improving the safety cabin explosion-proof performance.Firstly, this article studies the mine safety cabin protection system.Secondly,, this article establishment of finite element model of safety class. Finally, through the display of dynamic theory, the article uses Hyperworks analysis software to constraint,imports the Stress and strain distribution map of mine safety cabin surface and skeleton and the maximal stress and strain time curve through finite element analysis, uses the mechanics of materials strength theory and mine safety cabin discrimination failure standard to carry on the analysis to check the cabin, and take simulation optimization for Stress concentration part.In addition to safety cabin deformation distribution, in order to improve the cabin unit stiffness.the article uses shape optimization of the model based on the modal analysis, only changing its shape and without changing its thickness parameters with the help of computer structure optimization theory, so as to improve the model’s inherent frequency and stiffness. After the optimization, take again loaded solution, compare and analyze the both models, in order to improve the designing.
