In the world, China is the first rice-growing country, known as the "rice kingdom".Because the rice processing industry of our country is in the primary or extensive processingcondition for a long time, every year there are about more than17million tons of broken riceproduced in its process, resulting in serious food resources waste, so strict controlling theamount of broken rice has positive and important meanings for the development of thenational economy. Rice-processing enterprises and scientific research units are both indevelopment of effective ways and means of breakingn down the broken rice so as to reducethe waste of resources, and improve the utilization rate of grain.In processing of rice,there includes some main working procedure: cleaning, rice huller,rice milling, the final products and by-products processing, more than70%of the broken riceare produced in the hullering shell and milling section, so rice-hullering is an important partof controlling broken rice, the processing fequipment is plastic roller hulling machine. In theresearch of rubber roller hulling machine, both home and abroad are mainly fromoperating,conditions structure to improve, but there are lack of research about theoptimization of its work parameters.For this how to select the performance parameters, so that it can let the mechanicalproperties and the working performance of plastic roller hulling machine utmost improve,and get the best process effect, this paper do some optimized design research about the mainperformance parameters of the plastic roller hulling machine, the main content as follows:Performance parameters namely investigation factors: roller pressure, fast speed,machine flow and line speed difference.Roller hulling machine process effect evaluation index are: shell, yield, broken raterough rate and glue consumption.(1) According to the database between the working parameters of plastic roller hullingmachine and the evaluation index of process effect that make a univariate analysis. the mostadvantage value and preferred range of each parameter are concluded, and the correspondingexperimental design scheme is put forward.(2) By the use of the response surface optimization method and Design-Expert software,and carrying on the experimental Design and data analysis, then respectively get secondmultiple regression mathematics model of shell rate, output, rough broken rate and glueconsumption on four factors of. (3) By the use of Design-Expert software optimizationanalysis,it can get the best workparameters combination which meet the rate, yield, shell rough broken rate and the rubberconsumption demand;(4) The optimization results test, the optimization of the parameters combination wastested, through the analysis to verified effect, the reliability of work parameters combinatorialoptimization. It can provide important theory basis for future research about plastic rollerhulling machine performance parameters.
