In recent years, safety accidents in coal mines happened frequently, whichcaused major economic losses and serious injuries to our country and enterprises. Toimprove safety of coal mine production is obvious. Safe and reliable power supply isan important guarantee of safety production in coal mine. Coal mine power supplyautomation level determines the safety and reliability of colliery power distributionsystem. The self-healing safety assessment of colliery power distribution system canimprove the safety and reliability of colliery power distribution system and effectivelyimprove the coal mine safety production level.According to the characteristics of the coal mine production, combining with thepractical situation of coal mine, based on safety assessment of the distributionnetwork, the security assessment index for colliery power distribution system hasbeen researched with the operation state, coal mine self-healing safety assessmentsystem has been researched by using the branch current index as the index. With thecharacteristics of big users and distribution network, this paper assesses collierypower distribution system as a distribution network. First of all, the research progressof intelligence network and distribution network are analyzed and summarized, theindex of security assessment from running state for colliery power distribution systemhas been given, and according to analysis results of the expected accident andrequirements of colliery power distribution system safe running security appraisalindex threshold has been set up. According to the operation characteristics,self-healing safety assessment system of colliery power distribution system isestablished, and given the safe decreasing load order of colliery power distributionsystem, which provides the reasonable load adjustment scheme for emergencytreatment of system hidden trouble.At last, in this paper the intelligent safety assessment of some colliery powerdistribution system has been given by using the proposed intelligent safety assessmentindex, and the intelligence warning for analysis results have be achieved by software,the warning and alarm branches have been adjusted according to the proposed safedecreasing load order, the analysis results show that the proposed safety assessment system for coal mine system is feasible.
