With the auto industry’s rapid development and rapid growth of vehicleownership, traffic pollution has become a major component of urban pollution, this isalso seriously affected the microorganisms in the soil. Microbial characteristics areclosely related to soil quality, and soil microorganisms have biological indicator forsoil health. This paper studies number of airborne bacteria, airborne fungi andairborne actinomycetes of the road in Lanzhou City, and the soil bacteria, soil fungi, soil actinomycetes on both sides of the road, and main function flora’s population sizeand distribution characteristics, and analysis of the correlation of soil microbes andmicroorganisms in the air. Also determined by soil ecological factors, and analysis ofthe relationship between the amount of soil microorganisms and soil ecologicalfactors. The results are as follows1、The analysis of soil ecological factors on the road in Lanzhou CityRoad soil pH in Lanzhou City is alkaline, pH values vary between7.32and8.37,soilis relatively hard. Road soil moisture content is from3.77%to6.56%in Lanzhou City,Belong relatively dry soil. Organic matter content of road soil in Lanzhou City changeBetween1.46%and6.16%,an average of4.27%. By North China’s fertility levelstandard evaluation, the study area of samples soil is high fertility. Road soil availableN content have a lot of differences in Lanzhou City, more dispersed, available Ncontent is from9.01to18.6mg kg-1, the average number is14.29775mg·kg-1. Thereis high soil content of available P in the region, Concentrated from17.57to27.37mg kg-1(ppm). Compared with forest soil, hardness of road soil is greater in LanzhouCity, the moisture content is much lower than the forest soil, so they need regularwatering irrigation, Fertility between the two is less, and the content of available P isfar greater than the content of available P of the forest soil. Both the contentmagnitude of available K is large.2、The analysis of number of road soil microbial in Lan Zhou CityThe number of colonies of soil bacteria, soil Fungi and Soil actinomycetes ofthe green belt in each functional area show that: Mixing zone>cultural andeducational area>industrial. The overall average of artificial soil microbialcommunities of the district green belt in Lanzhou City is161.2×105cfu g-1dry soil,Micro-organisms of the mixing zone is the most,The total average of12.5217×105cfu g-1 dry soil, the number of bacteria was12.5×105cfu g-1 dry soil, fungi’s number is0.0097×105cfu g-1 dry soil, actinomycetes’s number is0.012×105cfu g-1 dry soil; The total average bacteria count of the cultural and educational area of3.8973×105cfu g-1 dry soil, the number of bacteria was3.89×105cfu g-1 drysoil, fungi’s number is0.0029×105cfu g-1 dry soil, actinomycetes’s numberis.0044×105cfu g-1 dry soil; The industrial zone is the least, The microbes total of3.4041×105cfu g-1 dry soil, bacteria for the3.4×105cfu g-1 dry soil, fungi’snumber is0.0017×105cfu g-1 dry soil, the actinomycetes’s number is0.0024×105cfu g-1 dry soil.3、The analysis of soil functions flora in the district green beltOverall results showed solubilizing flora> potassium flora> Nitrogen-fixingbacteria group> solution of cellulose flora. Forest soil phosphate-solubilizingmicroflora up, followed by Nitrogen-fixing bacteria group and solution of cellulosebacteria is the least, these are different.4、The correlation Analysis of the total for road soil microbial and Airbornemicroorganisms in Lanzhou CityThe maximum total number of airborne microorganisms of the road in LanzhouCity is77226CFU/m3,minimum total number is10317CFU/m3, and the largestairborne microbial communities in the road where traffic is also the largest, thenumber is2240vehicles/hour, this shows that the traffic has a great influence onairborne microorganisms. Clean area and cleaner area of the32monitoring points areall0%,and the micro contaminated areas also accounted for0%,the proportion ofcontaminated areas and moderately contaminated areas was47.36.0%,the proportionof severe contaminated areas compared to26.3%. More serious,21.0%of the regionover the heavily polluted area. The total of each functional area’s Airbornemicroorganisms on the road is proportional to the total of relative traffic in inLanzhou City. With the increased traffic, total of Airborne microorganisms on theroad also increased.Trend line of airborne bacteria, airborne fungi and airborne actinomycetes ofthe road is similar to trend line of soil bacteria, soil fungi, soil actinomycetes on bothsides of the road, that shows the number of airborne microorganisms is proportional tomicro-organisms of the soil surface, there is more humid themore the number of airfungi and soil fungi, in addition, the plots of soil actinomycetes certainmicroorganisms in the aircontribution.5、The correlation Analysis of the total for road soil microbial and soil ecological factorsThere is contact between the number of bacteria and available potassium, available phosphorus and organic matter, but not obvious. Fungi and soil moisture andorganic matter content showed a significant positive correlation, with pH was asignificant negative correlation. This reflects the characteristics which fungi preferacid. Actinomycetes was significantly positively related to soil pH. The total numberof microorganisms similar to the number of bacteria and ecological factors, this isbecause the number of bacteria has an absolute advantage in the total number ofmicroorganisms. In microbial functional groups, addition to the anaerobic cellulosedecomposing bacteria and water content were highly significant negative correlation, others have no obvious correlation. This shows, the main factors affecting the varioustypes of microorganisms.6、The analysis of soil microbial decay of the trunk roadDifferent functional areas of the survey results show that microbial attenuationin the road area in the air for38.2%-----45.25%.Through the point of the roadparallel to the determination,it is clear that the situation of soil microbial decay of thetrunk road in Lanzhou City, microorganisms gradually reduced with the increase ofroad distance, and reduction is larger from9.5%to14.79%.improve soil quality, increased so that soil fertility...
