1270reversible cold rolling mill is a domestic MCC of Hengtong Fengnan branchwas introduced mill equipment in90years. During operation, the mill bearings burning isserious, especially on the work roll axial thrust bearing (four-point contact ball bearings)often overheat and even burning bonding accident, the average weekly is2to3wheelbearings from burning. Learn from the existing four-roll cold rolling mill rolls axial forcedetection research, that in the roller system, the traditional eccentric distance positioningtheory does not implement the parallel positioning of the roller system, Roll for assemblyand disassembly in the bearing housing and the rack window between convenience and toensure that the gap of last resort of the thermal expansion of the bearing seat space,directly into the rolling operation, is out of control, leading to microscale dynamiccrossover phenomenon between rolls, and thus produce a large axial force on the roll,causing the thrust bearing short-lived burning accident.Based on mill microscale theory, design of novel anti-cross statically determinate rollsystem, no longer relying on the eccentricity of the roll system achieve positioned parallel,but by the structural design of the rigid constraint to achieve a roller system positioned inparallel, so as to avoid in the mill operation between rollers microscale dynamic crossphenomenon, the thrust bearing load value of the axial force is maintained in the allowablebearing load value used below. The same time, for1270structural characteristics ofreversible cold rolling mill, designed the new axial force detection device-block keysensors. The sensor overcomes the size limitations of the mill structure, the axial forcesignal into moment signal, and structure optimization by enlarged measurement,simulation results show that the sensor has a good linearity and accuracy of measurement.The new1270prevent cross roll system put into use, mill bearing (bidirectionalcircular cone roller thrust bearing) appear obvious temperature rise, after removing view,in bearing guard has obvious hot friction burn mark. For thrust bearing there are heat tracephenomenon, using the finite element analysis method, the establishment of a four rowcircular cone roller bearing system of finite element model, separately carried on the thrustbearing static and dynamic simulation, analyzed the stress distribution law. In addition, the thrust bearing of the fully coupled thermal stress analysis, analysis of the mill run timeaxial force and the bearing temperature rise of mutual influence, and the thrust bearingtemperature rise and stress change rule.
