oil storage is one of the dangerous places with high risk in petroleum and petrochemical industry.Lightning disaster often occurs,which will have a great impact on the normal operation of the oil depot and the safety of the staff.It is an important safety problem to evaluate the risk of lightning stroke in oil storage and to avoid or reduce the damage and secondary disasters caused by lightning.In this thesis,based on the lightning disaster mechanism of different types of storage tanks,combined with the relevant lightning protection standards,the lightning risk assessment index system of oil storage is constructed,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the lightning disaster risk assessment model of oil storage,and the applicability of the model to oil storage is verified by the evaluation and analysis of an example.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of oil storage,the corresponding lightning disaster risk assessment index system is constructed,which mainly includes four first-class evaluation indexes,13 second-class evaluation indexes and 13 third-class indexes,intuitively reflecting the subordination relationship among various risk factors.(2)Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive level evaluation method,the hierarchical model of lightning disaster risk assessment of oil storage is established to determine the weight of each index;according to the fuzzy function,the risk grade of each index is divided to determine its membership;then combined with the two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the risk grade of the whole assessment object is evaluated,and the important risk sources are obtained.(3)Taking an oil storage as an example,based on the established lightning disaster risk assessment model,this thesis analyzes the case,and concludes that the risk level is low risk,the main risk sources are: combustible gas concentration,sealing device form,annual thunderstorm day,electrical system,equipotential connection,and puts forward corresponding protection countermeasures and suggestions.The research content of this thesis solves the problems in the lightning disaster risk assessment of oil storage,which are limited to the use of lightning protection standards,and the qualitative factors involved are difficult to quantify.It provides a reference for the lightning disaster risk assessment and related lightning protection design of oil storage.
