More and more Attention is being paid and stressed on Lowering Energy Consumptionat the present.Due to its advantages such as low cost, low energy consumption, high oxygenconcentration, PSA oxygen generator technology is being widely used in small and mediumsized oxygen system, the design and research of its control system is also being more andmore taken seriously.This paper conducts a study on the control system of PSA oxygen generator device,takes the laboratory oxygen generation equipment system for the controlled members,adopts the PSA oxygen generator technology and “two-tower structure, up and down equalpressure” oxygen generator flow. On the basis of the knowledge of the PSA oxygengenerator technology principles and technological process, especially focused on thecontrol technique of the PLC which is adopted in this control system; from the concretereality of the laboratory, analysis the working principle, technological process and thecharacteristics of the specific operation process of the laboratory oxygen generationequipment, proposes the control requirements of the operation process,establishes thecontrol mode of the oxygen generator flow,that is “from PLC to magnetic valve, to airaccumulator, to two position five way valve, to Gas flow to adsorption tower”, anddetermine the system sequence control structure, all these for the hardware design; With thelearning of the programming knowledge and master the applications of the programmingsoftware features, to make the software programming.Through the hardware design and the software programming,turn the control functionsof the control system and the expected control objectives in true: making the operationprocess of the oxygen generation equipment system automatic control; being able to displayoxygen concentration, and switching the oxygen generation program according to thechange of the oxygen concentration; Combining with the characteristics of PLC and thefunctions of the programming software to modify the parameters of the oxygen generatorflow on line, which doesn’t affect oxygen generation system continued to run, changingthat, when modifying the parameters of the oxygen generator flow of MCU Control’s, hasto stop the system’s running in order to running the new oxygen generation program.The control system of this paper increases the functions of the laboratory oxygengeneration equipment system, Improves the control system’s stability reliability and operability, Improves the technology content of the laboratory oxygen generationequipment system, brings convenient to equipment system’s installation, commissioningand maintenance at the same time.
