| Laser cutting technology is one of the most important usage in laser processing filed,and it is also the earliest and widest method, which occupy around70%in this filed. Lasertuning is one practical realization of this cutting method, it is widely used in electric filed.Compared with other cutting methods, laser cutting has the advantages of high speed, highprecision, and high adaptability. Meanwhile, this method also has the merits that thincutting space, small over heat area, good quality of cutting surface, little noise, smoothedge, and easy to be automatically controlled. Laser cutting tuning system is combined ofthree major parts: control system, laser generator, execution system. Control system is thecenter of the whole system, which is responsible for the coordination of all the parts towork together without problem. And its main functions include processing trace control,focus point control, control for combination for machine, laser, and electric. CNC lasercutting tuning machine has the merits that good human-computer interface, easy way ofprogramming, and precise trace control. It is suitable for industrial filed and enhance theefficiency greatly.And this thesis is analyzing one kind of laser tuning technology’s using on industrialfield: By using laser trimming technology to cut the trimmable resistor, so as to fine tuningthe sensing distance for cylindrical sensor. And this study will be implementing on a coredevice—laser trimming machine—of a cylindrical sensor production line, so as to realizethe integration of theory and practice, the combination of technological study and creatingvalue to the society. We have done a series of experiments and observations onsite, thenfound the result that how to get a stable cutting process, how to set and choose the laserbeam, what is the best cutting route method, and etc. I hope to deliver more usinginformation and experiences on laser trimming field, then boost the development andexpand the using of laser technology. |
