With low-end products’ production capacity becoming more andmore surplus, industrial upgrading is an urgent task. In the process of China electronicindustry product upgrading, laser resistor trimming machine is a kind of very importantequipment.Laser resistor trimming machine is mainly used for the adjustment of thin-filmresistor and thick-film resistor. Because of thick and thin film resistor’s own processingcharacteristics, the resistance value inevitably have big error. To ensure the accuracy of theactual circuit, it is necessary to adjusting the resistance of thick-film resistor. Laser resistortrimming machine is a kind of ideal equipment for thick-film resistor’s adjusting.Matrix control panel in the laser resistor trimming machine is mainly used to achievethe function of channel choosing and switching, constant-current source and dataacquisition card will through it to achieve their own functions. So matrix control panel’sfunction and stability will directly affect the performance of laser resistor trimmingmachine.In this thesis, matrix control panel based on the original four wire resistancemeasuring mode, increased the two wire resistance measuring mode; Through changingthe single fixed function of probe port to which can be freedom chose from four functions(incentive positive, incentive negative, measurement positive, measuring negative). Matrixcontol panel use modular structure, laser resistor trimming machine can configurate themodule quantity according to the customer need. Through the cascade connection ofmodules to adjust the maximum number of the resistor which need to be adjust.Introducing CPLD technology, greatly reduce the volume of the PCB, and increase theanti-interference ability of system.
