| Steelmaking-continuous casting production process is one of the key processes of steel production. The production scheduling problem has always been the core of iron and steel enterprise production management. With the development of enterprise informatization, especially with use of MES systems, iron and steel enterprise production planning and dynamic scheduling has been of some help. However, due to lots of uncertainties of complex factors in steelmaking-continuous casting production process, the actual production process often does not match the production plan which is developed by MES. Establishment of a steel making-continuous casting process simulation system can assess in advance of the production plan.Combined with the actual production process of steel, we do some analysis about the steel making-continuous casting production process performance data to understand the different processes on the various kinds of steel Laws of production activities, and on these results, searching for simulation and modeling methods. The main points of this paper are as follows:(1) combined steelmaking-continuous casting of the actual production process for each of the sub-processes or activities on the integration of different activities using SAS software, the duration of data analysis, including sample pretreatment and sample data fitting Goodness, get samples of the initial activities of the hidden rules.(2) On the basis of test results that provided by step1,we can generate some new samples which are share the same distribution of the original samples, then do some "rank sum test "using SAS software, for testing the work of the previous conclusions are correct or wrong.(3) Based on the work researching for different simulation and modeling methods on different stations. Different models have been proposed for different production processes. The results of Wilcoxon testing validate the correction of these models. |
