In the production process of steel enterprises, the optimization of production planning and scheduling is one of the key ways to achieve high quality and low price, prompt delivery of their products. The steelmaking-continuous casting is the bottleneck in steel production. Production scheduling is defined scientifically that can improve equipment utilization, reduce the waiting time processes, and increase capacity.Steel production scheduling planning is scheduled widely by the artificial, the effect of the implementation of the planning is not intuitive and understandable. Further more, it is difficult to determine the preparation of a scheduling planning is optimal or better. It is easy to cause solidification of molten steel, continuous-casting off water. Therefore, it is necessary to simulate the production planning, by viewing the simulation results of the study will be able to review that the plan is good or bad, and rectify the better production plan.In this paper, the background of a steel plant, establish steel making-continuous casting process simulation model, build steelmaking-continuous casting simulation system framework, developed simulation system. Finally realize simulation system can be configured equipment, make it suitable for more steel enterprises. First of all, according to the steelmaking-refining-the production process of continuous casting characteristics, this paper proposes a solution-based on intelligent multi-agent (Multi-Agent) for steel making-continuous casting simulation modeling techniques to analyze the steel-continuous casting production process problems, combined with practical steelmaking-continuous casting process, study how to use the intelligent multi-agent technology to build steel-refining-continuous casting simulation system. Secondly, we development platform to develop our simulation system on Baosight BM2Framework for Windows (hereinafter referred to as BM2F) application, the whole Framework of the design method uses a layered design of the interface layer, business logic and data storage layer for effective isolation. To make changes at all levels and bringing the application to change the minimize. The maximum improve the maintainability of the system and accessibility.Through the statistical analysis of the data to prove, in the whole enterprise information system framework, the system can realize steelmaking-the production process of continuous casting simulation function. For steelmaking-continuous casting process-scheduling optimization problem, simulation methods to overcome the problem of scheduling the mathematical description of defects. Because our structure uses multi-agent technology, the system has very strong scalability and flexible and easy maintenance program code and migration. Finally through the pressure test can prove that the structure stability and reliability.
